With PROUT PERFORMER, PROUT AT WORK highlights role models who make a significant contribution to equal opportunities for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, intersex and queer individuals in the workplace.
PROUT PERFORMER demonstrates that a successful career is possible regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. The project evolved from Germany's Top 100 OUT Executive list: with more differentiated categories, a revised list structure and greater transparency, PROUT PERFORMER expands the visibility of LGBT*IQ people in Germany.

With PROUT PERFORMER, PROUT AT WORK highlights role models who make a significant contribution to greater equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, intersex, and queer people in the workplace.
PROUT PERFORMER shows that a successful career in a company is possible regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. The project is a further development of Germany's Top 100 OUT Executive List: With more differentiated categories, a changed list structure, and greater transparency, PROUT PERFORMER is expanding the visibility of LGBT*IQ in Germany.

GERMANY'S TOP LGBT+ VOICES 2020 (Rank 4)
GERMANY'S TOP 100 OUT EXECUTIVES is a project that makes lesbian, gay, bi*, trans* and inter* individuals visible in the workplace. Since 2018, the TOP 100 OUT EXECUTIVES list has showcased executives who are queer and professionally successful.
They serve as active role models for the LGBT+ community in the working world and advocate for LGBT+ equality.
In 2019, the project was expanded with the TOP LGBT+ VOICES list. As LGBT+ advocates, they not only stand for greater equality in their own right but also serve as a voice and representative for their queer colleagues.
GERMANY'S TOP LGBT+ FUTURE LEADERS 2019 (Rank 5)
This project makes lesbian, gay, bi*, trans*, and inter* professionals visible in the workplace. Since 2018, the Top 100 OUT Executives list has showcased queer leaders who are both professionally successful and active role models for the LGBT+ community.
They stand for equality and visibility within the professional world.
In 2019, the project expanded to include the list of Top LGBT+ Voices — highlighting those who not only advocate for their own visibility but also act as voices and representatives for their queer colleagues.
