Here you’ll find selected appearances, podcast conversations, and awards that illustrate how I work and what I stand for. My topics range from artificial intelligence and digital transformation to diversity in leadership. Whether it’s a keynote at a professional conference, a discussion on an international panel, a podcast interview, or a media feature — I reach diverse audiences on equal footing: decision-makers, executives, specialist teams, and, most importantly, an engaged general audience.

AI & Ethics – Keynote and Discussion (February 2024, Frankfurt am Main)
Talk: “When Ethics Meets Algorithms: Our Complex Path Toward a Responsible Future with AI” at Drees & Sommer, including a discussion on ethical responsibility in dealing with artificial intelligence.
Change Congress 2024:
Participation in sessions on AI tools in change management, AI creativity, change processes, and leadership with AI. Topics included business and IT transformation, AI as a driver of change, and AI-based decision support.

With PROUT PERFORMER, PROUT AT WORK highlights role models who make a significant contribution to greater equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, intersex, and queer people in the workplace.
PROUT PERFORMER shows that a successful career in a company is possible regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. The project is a further development of Germany's Top 100 OUT Executive List: With more differentiated categories, a changed list structure, and greater transparency, PROUT PERFORMER is expanding the visibility of LGBT*IQ in Germany.

GERMANY’S TOP LGBT+ VOICES 2020 (4th place)
This project makes lesbian, gay, bi*, trans*, and inter* professionals visible in the workplace. Since 2018, the Top 100 OUT Executives list has showcased queer leaders who are both professionally successful and active role models for the LGBT+ community.
They stand for equality and visibility within the professional world.
In 2019, the project expanded to include the list of Top LGBT+ Voices — highlighting those who not only advocate for their own visibility but also act as voices and representatives for their queer colleagues.
