I am a computer scientist and engineer and have spent more than 20 years working at the intersections of engineering, IT, digitalisation and production. What sets me apart is the ability to connect worlds: I speak the language of the shop floor as fluently as that of the board room.

In Chapter 10 of this volume I explore how artificial intelligence shapes and at the same time distorts our thinking, and what that means for us as human beings.
