For me, diversity is a key success factor. I show what lived diversity can look like in companies and organizations, and how it leads to better, more sustainable solutions. Leadership, in my view, means creating spaces where different voices are heard, and where precisely that variety of perspectives, openness and clarity brings fresh energy into an organization.

I spent over 20 years in the automotive industry and industrial sales. These are industries that are internationally connected, highly complex and extremely demanding. During that time I learned how to communicate complex technical solutions in an understandable way, how to build trust within lengthy sales processes, and how to get international teams and clients excited about a shared goal. I know that in the end, people always make the decisions, and that is exactly where my strength lies.

I have been a passionate gamer since childhood. Gaming and esports fascinate me because they unite culture, technology and community. In this world, new business models and communities are emerging that are reshaping audiences and entire industries. I use my experience to show that gaming is not just entertainment but also an innovation lab. It is a space where leadership becomes visible, where new forms of collaboration are tested, and where brands can shape their future.
